By accessing or using Navryn's personality assessment platform and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Navryn provides a personality assessment platform consisting of 78 questions (approximately 15 minutes to complete) that generates scores across multiple psychological frameworks. Our Services currently include:

  • Personality assessment with scoring across dimensions inspired by established psychological frameworks
  • AI-powered coaching conversations personalized to your profile
  • AI-generated personality insights and analysis
  • User profile and results management

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, assessment questions, scoring algorithms, and software, are owned by Navryn and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your assessment responses and personal data. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide our Services to you.

6. Assessment Methodology and Framework Attribution

Our personality assessment uses original questions developed by Navryn that are inspired by established psychological frameworks including Big Five, HEXACO, DISC, Enneagram, 16PF, and others. These frameworks and their associated terminology are the intellectual property of their respective creators and rights holders.

Navryn's assessment is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the creators or publishers of these original frameworks. Our questions are independently developed to measure similar psychological constructs while respecting the intellectual property rights of the original framework developers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects in the Services will be corrected

Important: Our personality assessments are for informational, educational, and self-discovery purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional psychological or medical advice. Results should not be used as the sole basis for employment, educational, or clinical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVRYN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party content or conduct on the Services
  • Any decisions made based on assessment results

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navryn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Navryn operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
